With the final group games completed it’s time to look forward to the round of 16 and give our selections.
• France Vs Argentina •We’re going to go with Argentina in this one purely on the back of Messi finding form. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ • Uruguay Vs Portugal • We’re picking Uruguay. With so much fire power up front they’re sure to score goals which will have Ronaldo playing catch up. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ • Spain Vs Russia • Hard to go past Spain in this one with quality all over this pitch. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ • Croatia Vs Denmark • Croatia has been in red hot form and will be too strong for Denmark. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ • Brazil Vs Mexico • While Mexico have performed well we think Brazil will be dominant here. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ • Belgium Vs Japan • We have to go with Belgium here who have been looking good enough to win the tournament. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
• Sweden Vs Switzerland • Hard one to pick but we’ll stick with Sweden. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ • Colombia Vs England • England are showing glimpses of brilliance and Harry Kane is on fire so we’re picking them.
