Check out the runners from Monday’s barrier trials at Randwick that looks ready to win when they hit the track next. An Epsom runner up from the Waterhouse/Bott yard caught the eye and an unraced Snowden filly that looks a bet wherever she steps out on debut.

Fully Lit

The Epsom runner up looks to be ticking along nicely after sitting midfield in his 1050m trial and working his way around the field to be widest on the turn. He ran away for a nice 1.6L win and looks set to figure in whatever race he lobs in next.

Plantiff

The unraced Snowden filly really caught the eye settling back in the field and charging through the line to score a 0.7L win stylish fashion. She ran 0.6s quicker than any of the other 1050m trials on the morning, including that of Fully Lit’s.

Tomato Toastie

I loved the return trial of the Too Darn Hot Waterhouse/Bott filly. She settled really wide outside the lead and was strong all the way to the line under minimal riding to record a 0.03L win in a field that included stakes winners Dawn Service and The Inflictor. She looks ready to add to her 3: 1-1-0 career record.
