We are now 13 weeks of the 2022 National Football League regular season is now in the books. Here are the top five offensive rookies on winning teams.

5) Malik Davis–Dallas Cowboys

With the Dallas Cowboys clobbering the Indianapolis Colts 54-19 on Sunday, Dallas had the opportunity to give their backups an opportunity to play. Running back Malik Davis of Tampa, Florida was given three rushing carries with Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard out of the game, and had 29 rushing yards and one touchdown. His rushing touchdown, his first of his NFL career, was for 23 yards and closed out the scoring with two minutes and 25 seconds left in the fourth quarter.

4) Rachaad White–Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got a game winning touchdown from running back Rachaad White of Kansas City, Missouri on Monday night in a 17-16 Tampa Bay win over the New Orleans Saints. White, who is in his first year of the NFL, had a six-yard reception from 45-year-old Tom Brady, who is in his 23rd NFL season. It was White’s first NFL touchdown catch. He had nine rushes for 28 yards and six catches for 41 yards. With the win, the Buccaneers lead the NFC South at six wins and six losses.


3) Kenny Pickett–Pittsburgh Steelers

The rookie class of the Pittsburgh Steelers was on display on Sunday, as Steelers rookie Kenny Pickett of Ocean Township, New Jersey threw a 17-yard touchdown pass to Steelers rookie Connor Heyward of Duluth, Georgia  midway through the second quarter in a 19-16 Steelers win over the Atlanta Falcons. Pickett completed 16 of 28 passes for 197 yards and one touchdown, alongside seven rushes for 14 yards.

2) Brock Purdy–San Francisco 49ers

With Jimmy Garoppolo suffering from a broken foot, the San Francisco 49ers will go with rookie quarterback Brock Purdy of Gilbert, Arizona the rest of the season. On Sunday, Purdy completed 25 of 37 passes for 210 yards, and two touchdowns, in a 33-17 San Francisco win over the Miami Dolphins. Purdy’s first NFL touchdown pass was a three-yard pass to fullback Kyle Juszczyk to put the 49ers up 10-7. He then had a second three-yard touchdown pass to running back Christian McCaffrey with four seconds left in the first half to put the 49ers up 17-10.

1) Christian Watson–Green Bay Packers

Fo the third time this season, Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson of Phoenix, Arizona had a multi-touchdown game. He had three catches for 48 yards and one touchdown, and a 46-yard rush for a touchdown as the Packers beat the Chicago Bears 28-19.
