Three MLB outfielders to switch teams in November

The Los Angeles Dodgers won the World Series at the beginning of the month. Since then, 13 MLB players have been on the move. Let’s take a look at three outfielders who have either been traded or signed as a free agent.

Kameron Misner

The Tampa Bay Rays have traded Kameron Misner of Poplar Bluff, Missouri to the Kansas City Royals for either cash considerations or a player to be named later. Misner played the last two seasons with the Rays. In 2025, he had five home runs and 22 runs batted in. During 71 games, Misner scored 27 runs and had 42 hits, nine doubles, one triple, eight stolen bases, 68 total bases, one sacrifice bunt, two sacrifice flies, an on base percentage of .273, and a slugging percentage of .345.

Leody Taveras

The Baltimore Orioles have signed Leody Taveras of Tenares, Dominican Republic to a one year deal worth $2 million. The Orioles are Taveras’s third MLB franchise after six seasons with the Orioles and one season with the Seattle Mariners. Last season in Texas and Seattle, Taveras batted .205 with three home runs and 17 runs batted in. During 58 games, Taveras scored 13 runs and had 35 hits, six doubles, one triple, nine stolen bases, five walks, 52 total bases, three sacrifice bunts, one sacrifice fly, an on base percentage of .226, and a slugging percentage of .304.

Taylor Ward

The Los Angeles Angels have traded Taylor Ward of Dayton, Ohio to the Orioles for pitcher Grayson Rodriguez. Ward has been with the Angels the last eight seasons. Last season, Ward batted .228 with 36 home run and 103 runs batted in. During 157 games, Ward scored 86 runs and had 132 hits, 31 doubles, two triples, four stolen bases, 75 walks, 275 total bases, six sacrifice flies, an on base percentage of .317 and a slugging percentage of .475. Both triples came in Angels wins. The first came in a 10-5 Angels win over the Athletics on May 21, and the second came in a 5-1 Angels win over the Atlanta Braves on July 3.
