Terms and Conditions

  1. All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
  2. Tipping competitions are held for certain periods of time (as set by The Website) and are made available to users of The Website who meet certain eligibility criteria set out by each specific competition
  3. Each entrant will be calculated into a position determined by their win-profit history over the competition period for Australian Horse Racing events.
  4. Points will be awarded based on the Sportsbet prices.
  5. A user cannot enter a competition after the published competition start time.
  6. All entrants must have an active membership to join competitions
  7. The Sporting Base reserves the right to issue a free entry to users.
  8. Only one entry into a competition per person is permitted. If a user is deemed to have a secondary active account also entered into the competition, their entries will be removed with the exception of the first eligible entry that was made.
  9. Website reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  10. Payments will be made to the winner(s) within 5-7 business days.
  11. The Sporting Base reserves the right to refuse or cancel any entry
  12. In the event of a draw, the winners will be decided by the tipsters who put their tips in first.
  13. Entrants located outside of Australia must inform us which country they are located in before the bank transfer is initiated, as we will not be responsible for any winnings lost as a result of our team not being notified.
  14. Users may enter competitions for free, but will be ineligible to claim cash prizes
  15. The Sporting Base reserves the right to cancel any entry of a user that does not hold an active membership.
