3 years ago - Sportingbase
Boom mare I Am Me will attempt to stretch her winning sequence to three and stamp herself a prospect for better class races when she contests the ATC Tree Planting For Queen’s Jubilee Handicap at Randwick today.
I Am Me has won five of her last seven starts with her only failures being when she has contested stakes races.
The Ciaron Maher and Dave Eustace trained mare toyed with her rivals to win easily at her last start when she started as a $1.50 chance at Rosehill over 1100 metres.
TopSport has her odds at $2 on Saturday and she will start barrier one and she will be ridden by James McDonald.

I Am Me is also taking on 1200 metres for only the second time in her career and she was unsuccessful when she finished sixth at Flemington in the Creswick Stakes.
Eustace told Racing NSW that I Am Me was at the end of her preparation on on that occasion and he’s confident she would run out a strong 1200 metres.

He said they had been able to use the ratings system to win races and boost her rating and she needed to win on Saturday so she could get into stakes races.
Eustace said things set-up well for I Am Me on Saturday as she would get a great run from barrier one.
