The 2024 Byron Nelson PGA golf tournament starts Thursday, with a new sponsor. AT&T no longer has its name in front of the tournament, and is replaced by the CJ Group out of South Korea. Byron Nelson was a five-time major champion, as he won the 1937 and 1942 Masters, the 1939 United States Open, and the 1940 and 1945 PGA Championship. Here are the three best golfers we like this week. Ironically, all three happen to be Korean.

Kyoung-Hoon Lee

The native of Seoul, South Korea has only won twice on the PGA Tour in his career. However, Lee has won the Byron Nelson twice–in back-to-back years. The first time came in 2021, as he posted a four-round score of -25 and beat Sam Burns by three strokes. The second time came in 2022, as he posted a score of -26 and beat Jordan Spieth by a stroke. Even though Lee is 91st in the world, his past success in Dallas makes him a top pick this week.
