Conley and Donny both equally lead this team in touch time with 5.2 minutes per game. With Conley out I’d expect Ingles to come into the starting line-up and it’ll be him and Donny sharing the playmaking duties. We don’t have a full game sample yet this season, as Conley played 20 minutes before exiting the game but there was already a decent spike in touch time for both guys, with Donny finishing the game with 6.0 and and Ingles up to 4.4 (from 2.7). Both guys saw a big spike in potentials as well, with Ingles up to 14 from 9.1 on the season (got a bit lucky with 11 dimes) and Mitchell up to 13 from 9.2 (a little unlucky finishing with 5 dimes). I am honestly not sure who will get the lion share here so I can’t really deploy a full unit on either, but I expect one of them will be on the court at all times running the point so having a bit of exposure to both. Donny averages 6.7 dimes per 36 in his 167 minutes without Conley/Ingles on the floor, and Ingles averages 7.4 dimes per 36 in just a 39 minute sample without Conley or Mitchell on the court. It’s a decent matchup for them, with Indiana giving up the 1oth most assists per game (6th over their last 3).
