Cindy Falls was full of running but wherever Blake Shinn he was held up for a run. Shinn told RV stewards he should have won the race if he had clear room. In Her Stride also would have gone close.

Not much went right for the talented galloper from the outset as he was slow into his stride and then was trapped three wide. His jockey Damien Lane then had little choice but to make an early run to sit outside the leader. Even though he looked beaten with 300m to go he fought hard to be only beaten 1.52 lengths.

Good return from this under-rated galloper. He was full of running before the turn but Mark Zahra had nowhere to go. He was held up from the 500m to the 200m and when he finally got out finished off nicely.
