The other highlight of Moonee Valley was again the riding performance handed in by Blake Shinn who rode a winning treble scoring on Fighting Arrow, No Secret. Mamaragan.
After one of his wins Shinn was asked what he knew about No Secret who he was having his first ride on.
Shinn said he had watched the videos of all his races which is what he has to do.
Shinn is third on the Melbourne Jockeys’ Premiership with 27 winners behind Jamie Kah on 42 and Craig Williams on 31. With his hard work and preparation plus the new contacts he has made he might be a sneaky chance to overhaul them.
