THE biggest question for AFL punters is do they take the price on offer for Collingwood now or wait.
The Magpies are now outright favourite at $3.80 with TopSport after firming in from $4.50 last week.
They are likely to only get shorter as the season continues though. They are already one game clear and they play cellar dwellers North Melbourne and the West Coast Eagles in the next two rounds.
Collingwood is only growing in confidence. Even if they are behind in a match they get up to win.
Brisbane have also firmed into second favourite at TopSport. The Lions have won their past six matches and boast the most talented forward line in the competition.
Melbourne have eased from $5 to $5.50 after the news that its star on-baller Clayton Oliver would miss games due to a hamstring injury.
Richmond got backed from $61 into $41 after they defeated Geelong but are now out to $51 after their agonising loss to Essendon in the dying stages.
They have firmed from $2.10 into $1.97 for its clash against Port Adelaide at the MCG after their coach Damian Hardwick resigned on Tuesday.
Punters are expecting a bounce from the Tiger players as a tribute to their coach. Port is $1.78.
