Saturday Metropolitan racing in Victoria heads to Moonee Valley for what will arguably be the best race meeting of the entire year! The Group 1 Cox Plate is the feature race on a terrific 11 race program including the postponed Group 1 Manikato.

The track is currently rated a Soft 6. Victorian’s are set for a cool day with tops of 19 degrees! This track has already seen lots of rainfall in the past 24 hours and expect it to start well into the soft range.

The rail is in the true for today’s program. With the rail in the true, expect the track to favour those who can draw middle stalls and get to 2-3 lanes off the inside rail.
