Very well-backed last start in from double figures in a very strong CL1 when 2nd behind Brave Venture. They posted a strong figure there and loved the way he finished off through the line, trialled up super impressively prior to being a big drifter fresh, clearly needed the run and came on in leaps and bounds 1st up to 2nd up.

Senior jumps back on here into a CL3 and just think he maps for a very soft run from the gate stalking the stablemate. If there is anymore improvement in him again, he’s going to be very hard to beat, just want $2.50 to be betting.

Looks a really good race for Ginger Jones to be breaking through here in WA. Comes through an extremely high pressure 1000m contest where they poured it on from a very long way out, was always going to be running on empty late the way that race was run. Most likely scenario here Can’tcatchthis and Guarded come out running, which should give Campbell this lovely drop in behind them from the gate stalking the speed. Ideally Luke backs out of that speed battle, because if he does, I think he’s comfortably the best horse in the race and going to prove very hard to hold out in the most suitable race he has found thus far this preparation.

Over the odds for me at $20 some corps. The run she had in transit 1st up sitting up outside that crazy hot tempo they set, she was entitled to really fold up but in hindsight, she actually wasn’t beaten all that far. Improves vastly 1st up to 2nd up, think most likely she can get across here and find the fence and without anything really eye-balling her throughout, that is a big price for a horse that can certainly give some cheek.

Great opportunity for Brayden Gaerth to break his duck in town since his return to race riding. Did a mountain of work caught off the track throughout last start Wise Counsel. Went up to apply pressure to the front pair before the corner and still had the audacity to loom the winner once they straightened up for home. The winner there is since a subsequent winner while the 3rd horse has also since run very well, franking the strength of that form. Think he can land one out, one back here stalking the likely leading pair of Let’s Erupt and Megami, blinkers go on, drops 1.5kgs at the weights staying in the same grade. Think the mile is his pet trip and there are plenty to like about his chances in the last.
