Slightly unlucky third behind Shuffle Dancer as she was held up with 400 m to go. She didn’t get a great deal of galloping room in the straight but surged home. She was strong after the line suggesting the daughter of Frankel and Samantha Miss will relish stepping out in distance.

Only in Melbourne for her. She ran the fastest of the three 1400 metres events which included the Futurity Stakes. She ran away from her rivals over the closing stages in the manner of the classy horse which she has shown on occasions she is.

He’s in for another great campaign and he will take beating in any race he contests over 2000 metres or further. He charged home in the fast run 1800 metres Peter Young Stakes to finish second behind his fitter stablemate Steinem.

He’s flying. If he had of settled closer in the run he would have given Alligator Blood a run for the money. He produced the fastest last 400m of the day finishing off 21.60 seconds for his last 400m. He’ll be spot on for the All-Star Mile.
