Gauff won 62% of the points on her first serve, and 80% of the points on her second serve. Boisson only won 38% of the points on the first serve, and 43% of the points on the second serve.
Sabalenka is in her sixth grand slam final. She previously won the Australian Open in 2023 and 2024, and the United States Open in 2024. Sabalenka also reached the final of the 2023 United States Open (lost to Gauff), and the final of the 2025 Australian Open (lost to Keys).
Gauff is in her second grand slam final. In addition to her 2023 US Open title, she lost to Iga Swiatek in the final of the 2022 French Open.
Gauff and Sabalenka have played each other 10 times. They have won five matches each. Their only meeting in 2025 was the Madrid Open final, which Sabalenka won 6-3, 7-6.
