2024 Australian Grand Prix – Our Predictions

2 years ago - Sportingbase 2024 Australian Grand Prix – Our Predictions Image
The Australian Grand Prix always delivers an exciting race with plenty of controversy for the fans to talk about but we’ve found three things you can expect from the race.

We may only be two race into the season but there has been plenty to learn about the cars and their drivers.

Ricciardo To Struggle

Look away Australian fans as local favourite, Daniel Ricciardo has had a disappointing start to the season and nothing looks set to change here with his car looking too far off the pace to challenge for serious points.

Mercedes To Miss The Podium

The Mercedes struggled through the first two races of the season and fans can expect nothing to change until their upgrades arrive in Imola later in the season.

Expect them to be quick in a straight line with less load in their rear wing compared to other teams but the will then struggle in the slow speed corners.

Perez To Show His Class

Perez has failed to qualify well in the opening races and it seems to make his job slightly harder come race day but he has so much confidence in his car that he just knows he has to stay out of trouble early then let the car do the rest.

Max To Dominate

We’re stating the obvious here but Max will be off and gone within 3 laps and only car trouble will see him beaten in this race.

CHANCES ARE YOU’RE ABOUT TO LOSE.
